What are the top 5 things fit and healthy people do on a daily basis? Stacy Scibetta, founder of Coconut’s Natural, reveals the top 5 healthy habits in order to sustain a vigorous lifestyle and what fit people are doing to make it work.

While people do many different things to stay healthy and fit, there are a few daily activities that most people do across the board that is consistent with a healthy lifestyle. These top 5 habits are consistent with fit people, with each one providing a different benefit.
“If we believe that genetics are the cause of disease then the only treatments we've developed are drugs and surgeries. Looking into human history we learn that these diseases did not exist,” says Scibetta. “Lifestyle and diet play a huge role in every single person’s level of health.

1. They wake up early.
        Waking up early and giving yourself plenty of time in the morning (without rushing for work) allows your mind to prepare for the day. Use it as a tool to program your thoughts and perceptions to receive a desired outcome. For example, set a goal each day and focus on achieving that goal.

2. They consume foods in their natural state.
      Cut out foods with refined carbohydrates and sugars.













3. They drink 2 liters of water daily.
        Hydrating your body can help with fatigue and bloating – whether physically active or not, drinking at least 2 liters of water, daily is vital to anyone’s diet.













4. They are physically active at least 3-5 times per week
        Live your life in rhythm with nature, connecting with our own natural way of life.




















5. They make time for things that make them happy.
        Focus on life and living (Love, community, family, friends, relationships-participating in things you love to do).
